As part of the management team at Webstop, I advised the President on legal issues, particularly those relating to contracts and business development. I was also the head of system administration.

As an executive assistant, I helped the senior partner oversee his business holdings, and helped resolve legal issues as they arose, including patent and trademark issues.
As a law clerk, I managed a class action lawsuit for over a dozen clients, and played an integral part in the firm's trial practice in physician peer review cases.
As an associate attorney, I reviewed and drafted court pleadings, contracts, and letters; attended hearings and depositions; managed settlements; and oversaw early stage commercial litigation and personal injury cases.
I also managed the firm's computer systems.

Performed manual regression testing and issue management for a major version release of SumTotal's flagship product.
